Cancellation policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Hair loss treatment on this site is sold as a subscription. This page explains exactly what you are agreeing to, how to change it, and how to stop it.
What automatically renews
When you start a plan, you authorize Basix Brands LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. At checkout you will see:
- The amount of each charge
- How often it recurs (monthly, or every three months, depending on the plan you choose)
- The date of your first renewal
The same information appears in your order confirmation email and in your account.
When you are charged
Your first charge happens at checkout. After that, you are charged on the same date of each billing interval. If that date does not exist in a given month, you are charged on the last day of the month.
We prepare and dispatch each refill after the renewal charge succeeds, so that it arrives before your current supply runs out.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no fee and no phone call:
- Sign in to your account and open subscription management, or
- Email support@basixformen.com from the address on your account
Cancel at least 2 business days before your renewal date to make sure the next charge does not go through. If you cancel after a renewal has been charged and the order has already been dispensed by the pharmacy, that shipment cannot be refunded, but no further charges will be made.
Canceling stops billing and shipments. It does not delete your account or your medical record.
Pausing and changing your plan
You can pause a subscription, change the billing interval, change your shipping address, or update your payment method from your account. Changes take effect on the next renewal. Switching to a different treatment may require a new review by your provider.
Price changes
We may change subscription pricing. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then. We will never increase the price of an existing subscription without notifying you first.
Provider review and refills
Your prescription is authorized for a limited number of refills. Before those run out, your provider may ask you to complete a short check-in through the patient portal so they can confirm treatment is still appropriate. If you do not complete it, your refills may pause until you do. We will email you before that happens.
A provider can discontinue treatment at any time on clinical grounds. If that happens we cancel your subscription and you are not charged again.
Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, we will retry it and email you. If it keeps failing, we pause the subscription rather than cancel it, so you can update your card and resume without starting a new intake.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In summary: a full refund if treatment is not authorized, and no refunds on medication that has already been dispensed.
